Britain's most south-westerly cycling club, Penzance Wheelers serves the cycling community of West Cornwall and has been in existence since the 1930's. With a large and active membership, Penzance Wheelers holds Sunday club-runs, regular club nights and events as diverse as roller-racing and hill-climbs.

The club promotes open time trials at all distances, regular mid-week club time trials and training sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays, a criterium series and top-level road races. Penzance Wheelers has produced riders of regional, national and international standing. PZW History

Due to continuing roadworks on the Leedstown circuit, the race is being switched to the Goonhilly course. Car parking in the large lay-by at Traboe Cross crossroads, 1/2 mile south east of Goonhilly Earth Station. Start and finish at Zoar Garage.
