Please arrange for the committee to consider my application to become a member of the PENZANCE WHEELERS C.C for the year 1st Jan to 31st Dec. I agree to abide by the clubs rules and to conduct myself so as not to bring the name of the Club, its Officials or Sponsors into disrepute. I also agree to abide by the Law, the rules of the British Cycling Federation and the Road Time Trials Council when riding or competing on the public highway or on a closed circuit or track event.

If accepted, I understand that membership entitles me to the following :
1. Participation in all Club events 2. Receipt of Club Newsletter
3. The right to purchase all Club clothing 4. The right to represent the Club in races
5. The right to enter any events run by clubs affiliated to the B.C.F and R.T.T.C.

Riders in B.C.F events must be wearing the approved Club clothing.

Membership of the club does not provide third party insurance. All members are seriously advised to join the B.C.F or the C.T.C both provide this facility.

All riders are encouraged to wear club clothing and to be smartly turned out at all times.
